T1 Campus Cottbus is fine student living on Campus Cottbus of Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. Short distances mean more time for studies and leisure time. 

 

The student residence hall consists of two five-storey apartment buildings. The 313 apartments, 293 One-Room-Apartments and 20 Two-Room-Apartments, are customised for student usage.

 

One-Room-Apartments are about 20 square metres and fully furnished with a pantry-kitchen, a bed, a built-in cupboard, a writing desk of course, as well as shelves and a chair.  Wooden floors and pleasant warm colors spend cosiness and snugness. The bathroom is fully tiled. A granite wash basin with storage surface, the level-accessed shower and a wall-hung WC offer modern living standards.

 

The Two-Room-Apartments are divided into living room and bedroom. The living room has a pantry kitchen with glass ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a sink and shelves for kitchen equipment and a living space. The bathroom is fully tiled and is equipped with a level-access shower, a granite wash basin with a big mirror and storage space as well as a wall-hung WC.            

 

A middle wing connects the two apartment buildings and is the centre and meeting point of T1 Campus Cottbus. The administration of T1 Campus Cottbus is located here as well as the cafeteria with outdoor seating and spaces for joint studying.      

 

Laundry rooms with washing machines, bicycle cellars, a bicycle service station are located in the basement.   

 

Also the grounds of T1 Campus Cottbus are optimized for student use. A balance between studying and leisure is important and so T1 Campus Cottbus offers a variety of sports activities, such as table tennis, beach volleyball, football and more, or offers the possibiliety to chill and relax in the shade of the old trees or on the big lawn. The barbecue area is the best place to spend long summer evenings together.
